Premier Furniture Solutions completed the
fit-out and furnishing of a new floor for Eisai in London in 2002. We were
awarded the contract to design the layout and to furnish it accordingly
following a competitive tender.
The project was designed by our own specialists, whom prepared CAD
drawings for client approval, and then managed and installed the
product.

A combination of solid and glazed partitioning was chosen, complete
with cherry veneer doors and integral blinds.

New cherry
veneered workstations were provided from Fumac of Denmark of both height
adjustable and fixed varieties.
Dividing screens from Creative
Products and Rabami's ergonomic 730 operator chairs, completed the
workstation installation.

An
electrical, and data/telecom structured cabling solution was provided
utlising the existing in floor cable trunking.
New floor boxes were
installed to provide power in the required positions, and 148 RJ45
points were installed and connected to the patch-panels to provide a
flexible solution for the customer.

A high
density filing area was created using over seventy bays of Bruynzeel
racking.
The relocation of all of the
customer's existing files was undertaken by our own team as part of the
project.

A break-out
area was provided for staff using height adjustable Fumac tables and Anna
chairs. This feature allows staff to relax whilst sitting or to have a
standing meeting if they prefer.

A meeting room was
furnished with a Fumac Addi conference table in cherry veneer with
matching Fumac Anna guest/conference chairs, which were also used in the
manager's offices as guest seating.

General storage was
provided by Assmann's InvitAss storagewall system in cherry melamine. This
was used both in a floor to ceiling configuration and as medium height
area dividers. |
