Case Study: Chartwell Estates
| Chartwell
Estates are a new Estate and Letting Agent situated on the High Street in
the historic City of Rochester, in Kent. The premises are on the ground
floor, with an interesting split level floor. The Directors and
Management decided upon their corporate image and with it, the two-tone
green colour scheme which has worked really well with the large available
space, higher ceilings and excellent lighting.
Through on site consultations with Premier
Furniture Solutions, and visits by the team from Chartwell to our showroom,
the furniture specification was defined, the layout evolved and the finishes
decided. |

From the street, a
railing was created to define the reception well, which is at a lower level.
Steps were created for easy access in addition to a long ramp to allow
access for the disabled down to a cherry effect laminate floor,
A new FFC Elements 120
degree reception desk was supplied in cherry melamine along with a counter
and meeting facility in pewter melamine.

FFC's Balancia workstations
were specified, with a Marron (walnut) melamine finish with pewter edging,
combining well with the aluminium colour framework. The meeting extensions
were in pewter melamine. These
workstations were fully wire managed with the standard vertical cable
trunking in the legs and optional horizontal ducting under the worksurfaces.
Computer towers were supported on CPU brackets, attached to the desk beams. |

Assmann's InvitAss
storagewall cupboards were also specified to provide maximum storage
capacity now, with tremendous flexibility for the future. The cupboards are
supplied with shelves, pull out filing frames and a pigeon-hole stationary
organiser. |

The staff were provided with
RBM ergonomic chairs, with six levels of adjustment, whilst Verco's Maya
chairs were utilised for the visitor seating. |
